This drying coffee is grown in the Yarakashifi area around the Aramo processing plant. It grows at an altitude of 1770-2200 meters and is a descendant of the Ethiopian herlom.

This coffee features a soft texture, cherry insinuations, berries, peaches, melons, and a mild acidic aromatic and high sweetness.
