Overview

This Colombian coffee is treated with prolonged fermentation for 70 hours, after which it is dried in a slow drying manner under the shade for a month. Grown in Tulima County in Fresno. It grows at an altitude of 1,400 meters on El Virgil Farm on volcanic land next to the Montenegrin volcano, a Katura species.

This coffee features a medium strength and complex layers of tropical and red fruits with different preparation methods with high sweetness such as grape sweetness and orange flower shatha.
