لن يتم استرجاع أو إستبدال أي من المنتجات التالية بعد شرائها، وهي كالآتي:

1. المنتجات مفتوحة التغليف، منزوعة الأختام، تالفة أو متضررة، مستخدمة جزئيا ً.

الشروط والأحكام:

1. يجب التواصل لطلب استرجاع المنتج/تبديلة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام المنتج اذا كان به عيوب مصنعية ( فقط ).

2. يسمح لاسترجاع المنتج فقط اذا كان لايتوافق مع التفاصيل المكتوبة للمنتج .

3. يجب إرجاع المنتج بالمغلف الأصلي، مع الإكسسوارات، وكتيب الإرشادات، وان يكون في حالة يمكن بيعه مره أخرى.

4. في حالة الدفع عن طريق بطاقات الائتمان سيتم خصم مبلغ الرسوم البنكية عند القيام بعملية استرجاع المنتج.

5. لن يتم استرجاع أي مبلغ مدفوع من قبل قسيمة هدية أو قسيمة الاسترجاع.
